Online option, Edgenuity for ACT Prep Courses
Study Skills Workshop, Resources & ACT Test Tips
Plan to attend the Jan. 12 Glenbard Parent Series event Study Skills Workshop, Resources and ACT Test Tips for Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors. The program will begin at 7 p.m. Jan. 12 at Glenbard North. Participants will learn practical strategies and information regarding how to access a free online ACT prep course, most applicable for high school juniors. Our juniors will take the ACT exam on April 19.
As part of our online course platform Edgenuity, we are excited to offer a comprehensive set of online ACT prep courses that all Glenbard students can work through for free, at their own pace, from their iPad (iPad not required). Shortly after students sign up, courses will be assigned to their Edgenuityaccount.  Students will receive instructions on how to access the courses via First Class email.
Also, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 12, seniors and their parents may receive one-on-one assistance with FAFSA completion. Please bring the necessary forms:


  • 2014 Federal tax return (preferred)
  •  2014 W2 forms
  • Record of untaxed income and investment/asset /business value.


Please note the March 1 deadline for submitting financial aid forms If you plan to file your 2016-17 FAFSA. Be sure to apply for a Federal Student Aid PIN at www.pin.ed.gov
Assistance will be available in English and Spanish from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
